Key Responsibilities
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while providing a seamless experience.
• Conduct property viewings and deliver detailed insights on available listings to meet client needs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors.
• Provide expert market advice to clients on trends, investment opportunities, and property values in the UAE.
• Develop and expand your portfolio of properties to drive consistent business growth.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to share market intelligence and achieve group sales targets.
• Stay updated on UAE real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics to ensure compliance and offer accurate advice.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE real estate market.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the UAE real estate market and property types.
• A driven and results-oriented mindset with a proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to support colleagues.
• Preferably with a valid UAE driving license and access to a car for client meetings and property viewings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus (European Languages)
