Administrator – UAE National Only

Job Description:

Position Objective:

 

Richmond Properties is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily administrative tasks, contributing to a productive and welcoming work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper functioning.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Provide support for various departmental projects and initiatives.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy and presentable.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Emirati National.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
