Sales Managers – Secondary, Commercial, and Off-Plan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of skilled sales agents, driving individual and team performance to achieve targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with Richmond Properties’ vision, ensuring seamless promotion and sale of our diverse property portfolio.
  • Actively source new leads through networking, referrals, and participation in industry events, representing Richmond Properties as a trusted name in real estate.
  • Partner with the marketing team to design campaigns that generate qualified leads and build brand awareness.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of competitors, identify emerging trends, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Facilitate property negotiations and secure closings in line with Richmond Properties’ high standards and UAE regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance, presenting actionable insights and performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical practices, Richmond Properties’ values, and all relevant UAE real estate laws.

Requirements:

  • Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory. Fluency in European languages is highly valued.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Real Estate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years in real estate sales, including 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of the UAE real estate market and its regulatory framework.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
