You will register clients for new releases, compare payment plans and stay with each buyer through to handover. We provide structured training at the Richmond Academy, leads from our in-house CRM and lead generation, and full marketing support.

Two weeks of induction on the market, the law and our CRM before your first call, then a sales lab every week and coaching from your desk head every month, at the Richmond Academy.
Our CRM routes every enquiry to the advisor who covers the community and speaks the client’s language, with a response time to meet. New advisors receive leads once they are certified.
