This notice explains how Richmond Properties handles information collected through this website, including enquiries, roadshow registrations and job applications. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time using the contact details below.
Who is responsible
Richmond Properties, Offices 602 and 604, Al Fattan Business Hub, JBR, Dubai, is responsible for the website information described in this notice. Contact us at inquiries@richmondproperties.ae or +971 800 7722.
Our approach is guided by applicable UAE data-protection requirements, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, where it applies.
What we collect
We collect the information you choose to submit and the technical details needed to operate the website.
Please do not send passport copies, bank details or sensitive information through a general enquiry. Our team will arrange an appropriate channel if further documents are needed.
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, preferred language, messages and contact preferences.
- Property or advisor references, budgets, areas, service interests, event preferences and requested appointment dates or times.
- For careers: application details, professional links and the CV or other information you submit.
- Submission references, timestamps, IP addresses, browser information and security logs; local browser preferences and saved-property selections.
How and why we use information
We use enquiries to reply, arrange requested meetings or viewings, provide property or service information, and manage our relationship with you. Applications are used for recruitment. Roadshow and newsletter details are used for the updates you request.
Processing relies on consent or an applicable legal basis, such as steps you request towards a contract, employment-related requirements or legal obligations. You may withdraw consent; this does not undo earlier lawful processing.
Specific property or advisor requests may be routed using the listing, location or language you select. This routing does not itself decide a purchase, mortgage or job application. A general enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Service providers and sharing
Website forms are sent to our server and stored in our CMS. Our intake workflow may securely pass enquiry or application details to Zapier and our connected CRM. Where configured, an application CV is transferred privately, not published as an open download link.
Authorised staff and providers supporting hosting, communications, recruitment and CRM operations may handle information needed for their work. Property information may also be shared with relevant owners, developers, professional advisers or authorities when necessary for your request or a legal obligation. We do not sell personal data.
Some providers may process data outside the UAE. International transfers must meet applicable UAE requirements; you can ask us about the recipients and safeguards relevant to your information.
Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described here, relevant record-keeping obligations and legitimate claims. Retention depends on the type of enquiry, application or transaction; contact us for the period or criteria relevant to your record. Information no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised.
Access controls, HTTPS and private CV storage help protect information. No online system is risk-free. If you suspect misuse of your information, contact us promptly.
Your rights and deletion requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and portability where applicable. You can request deletion at any time. Deletion is not absolute: information needed for legal obligations, investigations or legal claims may have to be retained.
Use our contact form and write 'Privacy request' or 'Delete my data', or email inquiries@richmondproperties.ae. Include the contact details used with us and any submission reference. We may ask for proportionate identity verification; do not send identification documents unless requested through an appropriate channel.
We will review the request, explain any limits and respond in accordance with applicable law. For records shared through our intake systems, the review should cover the CMS, connected CRM and relevant service providers, not just this browser. You may also raise a complaint with the competent UAE data-protection authority.
Cookies, local storage and external services
Browser storage supports preferences, saved properties and a local copy of submitted enquiries. Authentication and security features may use cookies or tokens. Clearing website data removes local copies and preferences, but does not delete submissions already held by Richmond Properties or its service providers.
The current site does not include advertising or analytics tracking scripts. Maps, fonts and other externally loaded resources can disclose technical information, such as your IP address, to their providers. Following a link to Instagram, Google or another external service places you under that service's own privacy terms.
You can manage cookies and local storage in your browser. Some features may stop working if essential storage is blocked.
