How it works
Questions
Can you manage my home while I live abroad?
Yes. Most of the owners we manage for live outside the UAE. You sign the management agreement electronically, approve the tenant by email, and receive your statement and rent transfers each month.
How is rent paid in Dubai?
Rent is usually agreed for a year and paid in one to four cheques, sometimes more. We bank each cheque on its date and tell you the same day if one does not clear.
Who pays for repairs?
The tenancy contract sets it out. As a rule, the owner pays for major repairs and the tenant for small, day-to-day upkeep. We agree a spending limit with you, above which we ask before any work goes ahead.
Can I let my home as a holiday home?
Short lets need a holiday-home permit and the building’s permission. Our leasing desk checks both and tells you what the home could earn before you decide.
