Using the website
Use the website lawfully to browse properties, read information and contact our team. Do not impersonate another person, submit information you are not entitled to share, upload harmful files, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service or extract its content in bulk without permission.
Provide accurate contact details when submitting a request. An enquiry or booking form requests a response; it does not reserve a property, confirm an appointment, accept a job application or create a brokerage agreement.
Property information and decisions
Listings, photographs, plans, prices, availability and specifications can change and may be supplied by owners, developers or other partners. Images may be illustrative. Confirm the current details, relevant advertising permit, ownership information and transaction terms with our team before committing.
Prices, rental yields, mortgage examples, fees, payment plans and forecasts are indicative unless confirmed in a binding agreement. They are not guarantees of returns, finance, residency eligibility or future value. Seek independent legal, tax and financial advice appropriate to your circumstances.
Requests, events and communications
Response-time statements are service targets. Meetings, viewings and event arrangements require confirmation from our team. A past roadshow entry is a record of an event, not an announcement that bookings for it remain open.
Do not send money based solely on a website message or an unverified payment instruction. Confirm payment details independently with the appropriate party through a known contact channel.
Personal data and your choices
Our Privacy and cookies notice explains collection, storage, service-provider sharing and your data rights. Sending an enquiry does not give unrestricted marketing consent or waive those rights.
You can request deletion of personal data at any time through our contact form or inquiries@richmondproperties.ae. Requests are subject to applicable legal retention requirements and identity verification, as explained in the privacy notice.
Content and third-party services
Website content belongs to Richmond Properties or its respective owners and licensors. You may view it for lawful personal use. Obtain permission before commercial reproduction or redistribution, and retain applicable copyright and map-data attribution.
Links to Instagram, map providers, government services and other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those services; their own terms and privacy practices apply. A link does not itself endorse or guarantee third-party content.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to maintain an accurate, secure and available website, but interruptions, errors or outdated information may occur. Please tell us about errors so we can review them.
Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or removes a consumer or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your rights under a separate signed agreement are not replaced by website information.
Governing law and concerns
These website terms are governed by the applicable laws of the UAE and the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to mandatory legal requirements, disputes concerning these terms are for the competent Dubai courts.
