Can I buy in Dubai without travelling?
Yes. Most of our clients buy from outside the UAE. They view on video, sign electronically, pay through the project’s escrow account and, if they cannot travel, complete through a power of attorney. Our international desk keeps one advisor with each client from the first call to the keys.
How does buying without relocating work?

- Electronic signingThe reservation, Form F and the sale and purchase agreement signed online.
