Dubai Science Park is a business community for companies in life sciences, healthcare, research and related fields. Offices and laboratory space sit alongside apartment buildings, giving people who work there the option of living close by. It sits inland in Al Barsha South, well placed for the main highways and nearby residential communities.
Our commercial desk works here with companies looking for offices or specialist space, while our leasing desk helps their staff find homes nearby. Investors also ask about the apartments for rental demand from people working in the area. We check permitted use, fit-out requirements, service charges, parking and how easily staff can commute.
